Adventures of Cumoo and Jumoo

Through my work with The Sing Me a Story Foundation, I had the absolute honor of turning a story written by two incredible siblings, Lily (8) and Charlie (5), into a musical composition. In 2024, little Charlie was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Despite the immense challenges her family has faced, they have met every day with unbelievable courage, love, and laughter.
When asked to write a story about anything they wanted, Lily and Charlie created a joyful, whimsical adventure about their imaginary friends, Cumoo and Jumoo. From building snowmen to searching for the perfect babysitters, their story reminds us that even when things don't go as planned, you can always turn a mishap into a brand-new adventure.
Bringing this piece to life was a massive collaborative effort, and I am so grateful to everyone who made it happen.
