Wong Fu's "The First Asian Jedi"

Updated: Sep 8, 2019

I love Star Wars and lightsaber fights, so it was a thrill to score the music for Wong Fu Production's latest short, “The First Asian Jedi.”

Can you hear how I drew influence from John Williams' "Duel of the Fates" from Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace and "Battle of the Heroes" from Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith?

Disney Becomes One with The Force | Star Wars spoofed as Disney Musical

Once Upon a Long Time Ago, in a Galactic Kingdom far, far away...

Star Wars Musical is a parody of Episode IV: A New Hope, adapting classic Disney songs, including “A Whole New World” and “When You Wish Upon a Star,” and mashing them up with John Williams’ Star Wars themes.

Having completed this first episode, which won the Best Short Film award at Stan Lee's Comikaze GeekFest Film Festival, I'm busy working on the lyrics to the follow-up, Empire's New Groove!
